For Groups arriving off the plane, follow the signs for coaches at North Terminal or Coach Station at South Terminal. Go to the Free Telephone (locations shown below) and call your coach park to tell the controller your :
- Flight Arrival number
- Coach Company
You will be told where to wait for your coach. Coaches are not permitted to park directly outside the terminal building – they are detained in a coach park approximately 1 kilometer from the airport terminal and are only released when the entire group has completed customs and immigration formalities. The driver will then be authorised to make his way to the coach parking bays adjacent to the terminal.

Find your coach!
North Terminal Arrivals (Lower Forecourt)
Once outside Customs Hall the passengers should go out from the left exit as shown in Pictures 1 and 2 and follow the sign “Buses/Coaches” (Picture3).
Once out, you’ll be on a first platform. Go straight on and cross the road to a second platform, then cross the road again as shown in Picture4 and go straight on, as you can see in Pictures 5 and 6.
When you can see the Premier Inn purple sign opposite you, turn left (without crossing the road), reach Bay 15 and ask a Coach Marshall (a person with a yellow high visibility jacket and a blue uniform) to release the coach you’re waiting for. Tell him the name of the company and your flight number. If you can’t find him/her, give a call to the following number
01293 502 392 to contact the coach park and to request the release of your coach.
South Terminal
Once outside Customs Hall you should go out from the right exit and follow the sign “Buses/Coaches” (Picture3). Turning right at the end of the corridor, reach the ground floor by lift. After that, you’ll be on a first platform. Go straight on and cross the road to a second platform. There, ask a Coach Marshall (a person with a yellow high visibility jacket and a blue uniform) to release the coach you’re waiting for. Tell him the name of the company and your flight number. If you can’t find him, give a call to
01293 502392, asking them to release your coach. Do expect to wait for 10-15 minutes after having made the call.
